I read somewhere that Sim2 are releasing a version of their Domino 20 with HDMI connectivity. Any info on this regarding availability and price?

I think it's going to be called the Sim2 280, and not Domino 20. I don't know why though.

RTFM is a Sim2 dealer, so pm him for more details (and a demo if you're able to get to Horsham):

    Hi Lobo and Gary,

I think the new Domino is called the Domino 20H fitted with the HDMI connection. Apparently, it gives a fantastic picture but then the Domino 20 always did in my opinion.

    Best Wishes,

    Paul H

    Hi Paul,

Thanks for the correction - how does the HT280 fit into the range? It's not mentioned with the current Domino models, but has HDMI and is available in March apparently. It's also a Matterhorn chipped pj, so I'm curious to how it differs to the Domino 20 and H20.

    Cheers.

    Gary.

    Gary,

I have just received my 20H demo unit and with the Pioneer 668 or 868 the picture is outstanding using HDMI.
Come down and see it when you've got time.

I'll drop you an email in the next couple of days so we can arrange something.

    Thanks.

HT280 is the Matterhorn version of HT300 XTRAH. It is the same of HT300XH, but the DMD panel. It has more features than DOMINO 20H, like memories and something else I can't rememebr now

    I guess that's why it's only 280 - not quite 300. :)
