What bandwidth will a hdmi cable need for Hdr, or will current high speed 10.2gb/s still be ok?

A High Speed or one of the new Premium High Speed cables is what you require - any claims of particular speeds are all based on non verifiable tests/in house testing with no known references.

Cable length is, as ever with HDMI, the bigger problem - once you get past 4 or 5m it is very difficult to predict what will/won't work, for longer run lengths we are using Fibre HDMI.

Always try with your existing cable(s) before you assume you need to purchase anything new.
