HDMI - Audio?

I'm planning on getting a HDMI cable to use with my PS3 and 32" Philips HDTV, but i've heard that the HDMI cable will supply visual and NO sound. Is this true?

I've just found out that HDMI does supply both visual and audio signals.

No worries.
