There's no such thing as an HDMI 1.4 cable. HDMI 1.4 is a hardware and feature specification. Your options are High speed with/without ethernet or standard speed with/without ethernet. If you don't require ethernet then a high speed cable should properly support the mandatory 3D specs.

Use a credible source that specifies the cable in accordance with HDMI standards and can provide evidence of appropriate certification at the length your require. High quality certified cable doesn't need to be expensive.
