HDL on astra

found the ch'nl HDL on astra anyone been able to view this ch'nl without interference got an hitachi 42PD5200 is there some settings to ajust to get a viewable pic got it via a skystar PCI card on my pc there it is viewable but a lot of breaking up and slow movement but on the plasma just interference no picture at all
