I will be setting up a new projector hopefully this weekend which is 1080p24 capable.

I have my XE1 and S350 sources connected out of the Onkyo and into a HDMI splitter.

The splitter will go to the projector and hopefully work perfectly at 1080p24 (forced on the S350 and through EDID with the XE1).

Now, the splitter also runs to my PH9 which as we know is not 1080p24 capable on the HDMI. So enter the HDFury2 - does anyone know if the EDID of this device has 1080p24 so that the XE1 will display correctly? The Sony will force it through so that isn't a problem. I know the HDFury would do 1080p48 and 1080p72 which is not much use in my situation (no VP) and could be changed with Powerstrip but I can't go that route....

So anyone in the know on the HDFury2...?

Anyone?

FYI - The HDFury 1 does not work - it will accept a 1080p24 signal no problem when pushed from the PCH or S350 but it will not advertise 1080p24 for the XE1...
