I'll apologise straight away as this really isn't my area of expertise, but I have a HDBT lite 8x8 system installed in my home, and it's now 2yrs 6months old...lo and behold one of the units has given up the ghost...and the company no longer makes/stocks/supplies the lite units...I really don't want to consider replacing every aspect of this "modular" system, but does anybody have any ideas as to where I could purchase one or a bench engineer etc that could possibly attempt to repair the faulty module?

All help/advise would be greatly appreciated, and as it's outside its 2 year warranty period the company are obviously no help!

In theory any HDBT Receiver will 'work' with your system - though possibly not with full functionality.

It's an output module in the MOD88 chassis that's failed...??

Can HDAnywhere really not help? You'd think they might have an old unit lying around at the back of a drawer somewhere.

Lol yep those were my exact thoughts...to be told - sorry, we dropped the “lite” line completely and don’t keep any components...your only option is our newer system...pretty disgusting realty; what if it’d still been in warranty, wonder if a component would’ve been found then?!

    Hi J,

I've just come across this thread, sorry for the delay, it's been a bit mental with Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc! I'm sorry to hear that you got that response, I'd like to think we can do better than that to be honest, I'll drop you a message and get some more details and we'll look at getting this back to us for an out of warranty inspection, hopefully we can get this repaired and back to you.

    Thanks,
