I have HD writer 2.5E for HDC Panasonic HDC-HS9 and a windows vista SP2. I am not able to copy data from my harddisk of my laptop to a DVD. Reason is that HD writer doesn't recognise the DVD burner.
I have seen this problem on the internet but haven't found a solution for it. My computer works well, as well as my DVD writer. I am quite desperate. There is no update on the Panasonic site and even the Panasonic helpdesk doesn't know a solution (which is quite understandable because those people are sales man and don't know anything about ICT)
I somebody could help me you would make me very happy!!!!
