HD VGA in 40W2000?

I have a 360 and im trying to get the VGA HD cable to work with my Sony? It seem VGA is not recognised but i get a picture fine by using the PC port but no sound. Even after i put those red/white things in every red/white hole!

Confused? How do i get sound through the VGA cable?

The PC input accepts sound via the 3.5mm minijack - not the White/Red RCA jacks (aka Phono jacks). You can plug the white and red audio cables into the 3.5mm minijack with a cheap adapter.
