Just read this report on the BBC website
http://www.bbc.co.uk/info/policies/text/dtt_hdtrial.html
It mentions a trial by the other 3 terrestrial broadcasters, and also a larger range of programming than I've seen via SkyHD. It was limited to 450 homes, so wouldn't have been covered much if at all.
Did any of this trial get broadcast by Sky? Only the BBC one appears to be still going.
Anyone know any more about this sort of thing? VOD seems to be the way forward for the likes of C4, and ITV are skint - so not expecting anything but Sky and the big US channels (FX) to muscle in.
