I have a Panasonic 700 projector with HDMI and a Pioneer 969 with 720p/1080i HDMI.
I live in NZ so will be waiting a hell of a long time before I ever really see true HD.
How can I see it as a test with the set up I have?
Can I get a test DVD? :smashin:

I live in NZ too and have been able to obtain WMV HD DVDs from Amazon.com. Unfortunately, there is only a limited range of WMV HD DVDs around, most of them Imax ones. Also, you can only play them on a powerful computer (although there are some DVD players coming on to the market now that can play WMV HD DVDs). All the Imax WMV HD DVDs have on-disc DRM (not online DRM which is what Terminator 2 and Step into Liquid have). You need a region-free DVD-ROM drive in your computer to play them too. Go to www.wmvhd.com and also try searching for "wmvhd" on www.amazon.com to see the list available.
