I am planning to purchase a Plasma for my father...as I am paying I want to keep the price down but get a model that will be future proofed for a while...My budget is upto £2k if possible...its looks like there are not a lot of TV's with HDMI capability at the moment?

might squeeze a 37" PV500 Panny plasma, and possibly a pio 435 FDE after the Panny 42PV500 hits the streets, JUNE.........FOr HDMI you need to look past budget of £2k for 42" size LCD is the other option but will be 32-37" 32" really for under £2k
