    Hi Guys,

Just done a quick search but not coming up trumps on what im looking for. I want an HD projector to run my Xbox 360 and PS3 through. Will be playing games mostly but watching the occasional HD movie would be good too.

Need some advise on what project to buy, would spend about 400-800 I guess, maybe more.

I have a wall about 2.5m x 3m to project onto. and a throw distance of about 3-4m

    Many thanks in advance.

    Cheers

    Knobby..

G'day! I've just got myself the infocus X9 and I am blown away by the picture! So i would say have a look at that. Your price bracket is a tad higher than mine and i've heard good things about one of the panasonic lcd's at around £800 mark. I'm sure the other boys will chip in with model numbers.

Either way i can't wait until i get back home tonight!!!

hi, i have the panasonic ax200e and its marvellous for xbox 360 & ps3 gaming also great for the occasional bluray films.. its table mounted at 3.3m from my 92" screen although the size can go larger with the zoom.. its very versatile as well with the lens shift i.e my pj is very much offset to the screen but it fits perfect, this might not be much of a problem for you if your projecting direct onto a wall though which is what i used to do.. this is my 1st pj and i bought it back in august last year and im very happy with it and had no problems at all, i know its 720p and not the full 1080p but having a demo of this and its 1080p brother at Roy Jowett Audio and Visual Home Cinema & Hi Fi Specialists :: Hot Deals on Hifi & A/V Equipment :: Home Cinema & More :: DLP, LCD & D-ILA Projector Specialists - : Roy Jowett Home Cinema & Hi Fi : Call 01282 864048 i could not justify the price difference.. an excellent buy at £759 for anyones money.
