Hd Not Sky?

I have a full motorised satellite system im looking to get hd ,which or what is the best card and cam to buy for footy etc ?

Do any of the "other" HD channels show EPL e.g. Premiere, Norweigan Canal+ or TPS (off the top of my head)? If you receiver can support it (and has no built in cam) Diablo is supposed to be good.

TPS Star HD carries EPL, Premiere carries Champions League, Canal Nordic I dont know thier rights, Cyfra HD carries EPL, SKY Italia numerous.
