HD Movies....

Is there anywhere to purchase/download high def movies from?
Just installed Media Center, and the only HD clips I can find are the ones on the Microsoft website.

There are several places that you can download HD versions of films from but the majority of them are not legal so cant be discussed.

Aren't the file sizes involved too large to make whole films impractical to download anyway?

Apparantly, they're broken into smaller "bitsize" files for downloading individually. You just link them together when you've got all the pieces of the jigsaw....

dvdes.ch sell a few.....site is in german and you have to pay them via an international bank transfer to Switzerland.

They seem ok though and they have people there who speak/write English very well.
