HD movies on BBC HD, Ch 4 HD, Sky One HD

Hi,

I'm new to Sky HD, but thought it may be worth having a thread for HD movies to those of us without movie subscriptions. This may be useful to build a list of HD movies on your planner.

I've found these so far this week:-

Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade BBC HD Sun 18th 8.00pm
Brokeback Mountain Channel 4 HD Sun 18th 9.00pm

If you spot any films in HD can be post here?

If anyone knows of a quick way to find HD films being shown, that would be appreciated.

If this thread gets utilised, I may request it to become a sticky.

Just found

Commando Channel 4 HD Sat 17th 11.20pm

Up to now the best way I've found to search is to use the planner on sky.com. You need to register to use it, but it allows you to list specific channels and then look for films.

Candy Sun 18th C4HD -not sure if it's in HD. Sky.Com claim Candy and Hilary and Jackie and all films on C4HD are in HD, but the SKy HD box planner says not

Hi Cyril,

I did see those on sky.com, but as you say they are not listed as HD on the planner. Put them on my planner anyway, it's worth a go, and both those films have decent reviews on imdb.com.

Don't forget Sky Arts HD.
They show a few HD films , usually old arty ones.

Cyrano Debegerac is a great film.
