    Hi All,

I have just bought a Xbox 360 Platinum and want to know how I can view HD Movire Trailers on my Panny 42PV500 . I have searched the forums but get a bit confused . I am completley new to consoles so please forgive me. Also I do not have a PC, I use Macs.

Can I download HD trailers of the net, then burn them to a CD or DVD to watch via the 360? Is it possible to dump on the HDD?

Basically I want to show off my HD TV with some movie footage.

Any help or links to relevant posts would be much appreicated :lease:

    Thanks

if you connect your 360 to a broadband connection then you can download a few trailers.

You can only download the ones off Live marketplace tho, you won't be able to stream off your mac or burn to a DVD and watch them or anything like that!

No point burning HD trailers to a SD DVD, they won't be HD anymore then. No, the only way to do it (unless you want to stream from a Windows XP Media Centre PC) is to download trailers from the Marketplace. They are free though.

If you have a wireless home network and/or modem, go and download a programme for your mac called Connect360. It costs $15 but it is amazing! It allows you to stream wirelessly your entire iTunes and iPhoto library to your 360 :):):)

You wont beleive the quality of your pictures in true HD :)

    Good luck!

Thanks for the help. Shame the Marketplace doesn't have that many HD movie trailers to choose from.

How often do they update the trailers sections?

I do have a wireless network so I will give the program a go.

    Thanks.

There's quite a few available here. All in WMVHD format @ 720p or 1080p. Obviously the 1080p ones will be downscaled to the res your Xbox 360 is set to.

You can also install hdtv pump here, and give the trailers on that site a go too (TP and TS formats).
