HD-ep30 stopped mid update what do I do?????

Hi mate :)
The players powered itself down right ? turn it back on and see if it can operate ok and maybe (up to you of course) try and update again. :confused:

Yeah, mine stopped half-way through 1st time I tried, and nearly got all the way through on the 2nd attempt, but on the 3rd go it got all the way with no problems.
Just a tip, and I don't know if it made a scrap of difference, but the last time, I made sure I didn't touch anything on the computer (no surfing or e-mailing) or the DVD player while it was updating.

I tried loads of times to update via the net but kept getting the 'cannot find out server' so gave up, downloaded the update from Toshiba's website, burned it to disc and did it that way :smashin:
