Does anyone make or proposing to make a system that takes a HD DVI-D feed and removes the encoding and then converts to component or VGA?

My projector doesn't have a dvi input and as things stand will be useless from next year (skyHD+, HD-DVD, etc).

I know that this could sound illegal, but i can't see why it should be, since i will be showing a HD feed from the original source on my projector. I have no plans to record or copy etc.

Hi Stevos
Keene sell a Dvi-d to vga converter which is HDCP compliant. This will carry 480p/576p/720p/1080i signals as far as I am aware. It costs £225.
Regards
Dave
