    Yes, that is a HD DVD/DVD combo disc - one side is a HD DVD and the other a R1 DVD. Thus if you have a multi-region or Region 1 DVD player you can play the disc. The HD DVD side is region free so should (although this can't be confirmed yet) play OK in upcoming UK HD DVD players (and maybe the Xbox addon as well).

    Do note that not all HD DVDs are combo discs though!
