HD channels pixelated.

Hi, I have a Samsung 55 inch Qled tv that I love but the HD channels i.e. BBC HD and ITV HD every few seconds the sound cuts out and the screen goes very blocky and has lines across it then its fine for another 20 seconds or so. I had a new Arial when we switched over to digital and my other tv on the same Arial plays HD fine. I have no issues with any other channel just HD ones.
Has anyone any suggestions what could be the problem?

Cheers
Matt

If you have any equipment connected to the TV by HDMI cable unplug it at both ends then check the HD channels again.

Thanks Jay, Ill try it. just to update we also have another tv in another bedroom and that's the same with HD channels. I do have a powered booster in the loft and believe these can cause interference so I have ordered a none powered adapter from Amazon and see if that makes a difference.
Cheers
Matt
