HD Camcorder

Hi

I am going on holiday in a few months time and want to look at upgrading my camcorder.

I currently have a Panasonic NV-GS27 digital camcorder but would like to upgrade for when we take the family to Florida to somehing to adds more quality and may be widescreen open to ideas.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
