Has anyone seen any other products using the new HDBaseT version? Looking forward to uncompressed 4K/60 and EARC over my old Cat6 cabling.

I asked Rextron and they said that product does support EARC, is sampling now and they hope it will be available by the end of the year.

You might be right. I like CYP for HDBaseT and asked them about HDBaseT 3.0 products but no response yet.
