HD audio on the frount panel

Has any one managed to get a frount panel connector that does HD Audio (inc jack detction) ?
ive just had a card reader & hd audo thing delivered thats acually just a extention cable for the audio

I purchased one some time ago but there was a shielding problem, i.e. sound interference when using other peripherals like mouse, pressing keys etc. So I switched it for another brand only to get the same thing.

I gave up and used the rear connections for headphone & mic.

If so would you sell me one as shilding is something i could possably sort out.
