Hi All,

I was just wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of a thread with some suggestions for calibrating my HD67. Ive found these types of treads for the HD65 etc. but can't find anything on the 67. Thanks in advance guys

I would also be interested in other peeps settings. For info, I use Cinema Mode and Cool Temp for viewing movies, but leave the rest unchanged.

It's been said a thousand times, but you can't just copy other people's settings when calibrating. :lesson:

If you could, all projectors would leave the factory with the same settings and there'd be no need for calibration!

Having said that, I'm sure one of the calibration experts (Kelvin, perhaps?) will be along soon with some good advice. :smashin:

Yea that would be awesome, my room is pretty big but completely blacked out and I'm projecting to a 100" screen. I've been using these forums as a start just to try out a few different calibrations but there not specific to the 67. Some have definitely helped me improve the picture but the color settings are quite difficult to get right (bias, gain etc.).

I agree that its definitely best to calibrate to your own situation, but its also still useful to discuss and get a feel for different people's settings. For example, manufacturers out of the box settings are normally set to increase colour and contrast for a wow factor, not necessarily what you may like for day to day viewing.
