    Have you ever noticed:-

When people give you tips on horses they always speak in a low voice and out of the corner of their mouths so you can't actually hear what they are saying.

People who drive in the middle lane of motorways drive in the 3rd lane of 4 lane motorways.

People who phone up to the radio have always supported their current team since they were 6 months old. If it's a West Ham or Chelsea fan they've usually supported them "man and boy"

Formula 1 commentators talk a different language... "For sure, he's been monstering Coultard for the last 10 laps, but at the end of the day he just needs 1 banzai lap"

On R5 you hear some classics.

On a debate the other evening they were talking about events that Brits could do well in come the Olympics. They were talking about synchronised diving when the presenter said 'A voice in my ear is saying synchronised bombing', not sure if the voice meant dive bombing or the suicide type

Yesterday morning a security expert said that if a bomber got to be sitting on the tube with his bomb there is very little the security forces could do about it. Thanks pal, I think we could have worked that out for ourselves!

Greatest ever 5 Live Quote from Ieuan Evans on the appointment of Andy Robinson as England Forwards Coach in Summer 2000 (yes the quote has lived with me since as I nearly crashed the car at the time)

The gist was, was Clive Woodward bringing-in too many coaches...?

"Well as long as it's not a case of too many chiefs and not enough Indians, and they're all singing from the same hynm sheet it shouldn't upset the applecart"

At this moment in time, I hear what you're saying and I know where you're coming from.
