Have I got this right?

I think I want to go for a PW7, whats the difference between that and PWD7?
I am connecting DVD (RGB), XBOX (RGB?) and ON DIGITAL BOX (RGB), do I just need a quintro+ scart switch box, or would I need an JS RGB>VGA convertor aswell?

I have recently bought a flat panel for my PC an I am now using DVI-D input, I was impressed by the quality increase over VGA, will this be the same case for HDMI over VGA?

Thanks

mate, there a few threads about the differences but main ones are that the d model is the 'business' version and seems to have more PIP options (i'm sure there will be other diffs too). where as the pw7 is the 'consumer' model.
If you have scart board and quintro you wont need the vga converter..though it does give very good pq.
