Hello People, Just a little question... Did anyone see Have I Got News For You with Bruce Forsyth? Having been a loyal fan of the series for so long and feeling that it would not be the same without Angus, Boy was I wrong, Brucie was brilliant, It has to be the funniest episode I think I have ever seen. Please anyone out there that has a favourite let me know
Yeah it was excellent! only to see Ian Hislops face when Brucie was saying those cheesy lines!! Boris Johnson still has to be my fave though!!
Brucie was wonderful. Even Paul Merton said "I've waited years for the programme to be like this". Although I think only as a one-off. Boris Johnson would certainly get my vote for a regular presenter plus Charlotte Church and Martin Clunes. Losing Angus has certainly added variety...but I think they'll need a regular for HIGNFY to survive long-term.
Yep Boris Johnson was funny, did anyone see Top Gear? Jeesh what would it be like to live next door to Boris, It would be a laugh a minute .. Though Charlotte Church is a babe and Botox Annie wasn't bad..
The other scary thing is they keep mentioning Boris as the next leader of the Tory party. On the grounds that he's the only MP anybody recognises!
That Natasha Kapinsky (?) bird on last nights show is much hotter than Charlotte Church! Female news readers & weather girls just look sooo dirty!
You're kidding? Right? Charlotte Church as permanent presenter of HIGNFY? She was awful. Brucie was good, as was Anne (wink). Pity they've more or less ruled out Stephen Fry as the full time chairman though. Karma
I thought the best one was about 4 weeks ago, hosted by some bloke i've never heard of........ He was 'Angus' like in his delivery & pretty sharp.. Whilst Angus is by far the best host, some of the guest one's were ok.. Charlotte Church was effing pants. Adzman
I agree with the one 4 weeks ago. I was going to post that myself but couldn't find his name anywhere. Also I think the one in Punt & Dennis was good as well - although I'm not sure which is which. Very good with names aren't I
That was Hugh Dennis, the taller and browner-haired one ("milky milky!"). Steve Punt is the smaller, darker-haired partner.
I've just had a thought on who I'd like to see for next series. How about Steve Coogan doing every one but as a different character - now that would be good - Paul Calf introducing one week and the Alan Partridge the next.
