    Hi

Just got a Sony VPL-HS2, its excellent, however, when inspecting the screen closely I have noticed a bright green pixel. Its not a complete full square though, it just seems to be bright green in the corner. I would assume then that this is not completely stuck in the on position? Any chance does anyone think that this pixel might work itself better?

You cant see it when viewing 10' away so could live with it, one of those things that bugs you though after shelling out £1400. I don't think it is a full dead pixel even to complain about.

Has anyone else returned a projector with 1 faulty pixel?

Many have tried, few have emerged joyful. Depends where bought and such.

Of course, all manufacturers of LCD displays could sell 100% perfect screens only but then end users would be paying for all the 'rejected' screens too. IOW, we'd be priced out of the (corporate) market.

Oh, also. Track down the 'post-it note' cures for dead pixels.
