I have a Hauppage DEC2000 USB DV3 (digital TV) box that allows you to record TV in MPEG2 format to your hard drive.

However when I import the recorded video file(s) into Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 or Windows Media Player, playback is at 2x speed. Audio is synced - everything is just too fast!

When played back in PowerDVD or Hauppage's media player the video goes at normal speed, but I want to use the video in Premiere!

Any solutions / other people with experience in this?
