Has anyony used autdirect before?

Hi, i ordered a few parts from http://www.autdirect.co.uk about two weeks ago but they still havent came and they have took my money from my credit card, sent a few emails to them, no reply. Just phoned them up and the just rings and rings. Has anyone ever used them before or do you think i should get onto my credit card company to get my money back?

Yeah, I used to work for the em, they tend to close at funny times, you should get your goods though did they not give you a traching number for the delivery?
