I've just got one to replace a 2 year old Sony that packed up.
Compared to the old machine this one presents a stunning picture, i cant say how good it is with sound becuase i'm only hearing it through the TV speakers.

Got mine multiregioned by the shop - a firmware disc, plays rce without any probs....so far! Only had it a week, hooked up to my panny ae300 pj through component and results are astounding:clap:

I had a tosh 3109 double drawer player for past 3/4 yrs and pic quality on that is suberb also. Must be something in their player genes!

Got mine earlier in the week from Amazon, Multi-region for £99.99 delivered.
    I had a Tosh SD-210 from Techtronics.
This req. a workaround for RCE discs. This is no longer a problem with the 330.
Played Tears of The Sun with no problems.
    Sipderman no problems.
As for picture quality it out performs the 210 using component.
Immediately recognisable improvement in clarity. Even the missus pointed out straight away that the picture was better
Sound is excellent. Played through my Tosh 32" Picture Frame TV using the onboard decoder.

I'd definitely recommend this player. At the price you can pick em up for it'd be silly not too :smashin:

Very good for the money. Picture and sound exceptional and layer change is excellent too. However, whilst playing SVCD's there was a audio delay, irrespective of which SVCD was played.

I got TOTS from Movietyme, they always ship early ;)
    Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Not an action film (though there is plenty later on), the subject matter pitches this film higher than that.
    Graphic and disturbing in places.
Not on par with BHD IMO but still a keeper.

I ordered one over the weekend after testing my parent's 330 out.
I watched 'Animatrix'. I couldn't get over how sharp the picture was, and sound is as good as my 717 I have at the moment.
    It's worth every penny.

Got my 330 yesterday. ordered over the net to Digital-point.co.uk
at 11:00 and got it next day at 12:00, which is what I call
pretty dam good. especially as I live in the North of Scotland and
usually, fisrt class post takes two days to get to me!
"Oh and it only cost me £97 including postage" for a multi-region.

It has to be the bargain player out there at the mo. Watched
XXX on it last night, superb picture and sound. I also tried
audio cd, much better than my last player.

Also tried playing a cdrw with a backup of my digital photos from my PC. This played no problem. Took a couple of seconds to recognise, but still as it was a straight back up off the PC, I did not expect it to work.

Can't recommend it enough, get one!

    Cheers

    Chris Tr
