    and if so - whats the dvd version like? Is it as cool a movie as i remember from when I was young :)

    It's on TV several times a year and hasn't passed the test of time IMHO

    Great movie. Excellent production, great miniature (Derek Meddings), superb James Horner score (homage to Korngold), and it has Bernard Bresslaw in it!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good quality print, nice extras, what more can you want?

    They play this film on Bravo quite regularly I have noticed.

    I used to really like this film. I may have to splash out £6.99 myself! :smashin:

    Have you watched it on Bravo as I don't think that anyone has admitted to watching anything on there since they took off the Italian Stripping Housewives which was one of the funniest programs around.

    I'm watching the reruns of "Babylon 5" on Bravo at weekends. I actually also watch "Battlebots". :blush:
