Hi all,

Has anyone ever used Simply Canon UK, Specialist Canon Camera Center for anything.
I am looking at buying a £480 tripod as this is the cheapest I can find, but would like to know if they are a safe place to spend my money with.

Many thanks

Mitch

Almost £500 for a tripod - what are you looking for in this tripod ? - I'm sure if you post your requirements that users here can recommend a much cheaper option.

looks legit to me however they seem very expensive.

£549 for 450D + postage when you can get a 450D from jessops for £499

Hi Jim,

I am looking at getting a Gitzo GT5531s.

It is for use with my Canon 600mm f4 and Wimberley head so needs to be strong which the Gitzo 5 series is.

Hi Weetsie,

They are £60 cheaper on the tripod from most places I can find.

Mitch

oh im not doubting that im just saying because of the high price of alot of items it would make you think they company is legit and also that may mean not many people have used them.
