Used this company in 2011. Late to deliver with no updates. However, when watch broke I wrote asking if any reference or forms to fill, took them weeks to reply to say just send. When sent, that was the last I saw of watch. Multiple polite emails and letters over several months have received no acknowledgement or response. Not even to say if they had received watch. Avoid.
