So, a little over a year ago I paid £1000 for a new Samsung TV from Co-op electrical. It has recently developed a small but annoying fault (manifests as an interference-like pattern). Contacting Co-op they say Samsung deal with all problems, fair enough. I have phoned Samsung twice and talked to an operator who has told me "someone will contact you soon"......it has been 8 weeks since the first call and no one has contacted me. The Samsung website seems to have no RMA section that I can find and I am still expecting to have to fight due to being over 12 months and having to invoke my UK rights of something being fit for purpose (broken after 12 months for a £1000 TV is clearly NOT fit for purpose). So, has anyone been through something similar and able to offer any advise on getting this ball rolling please?
