So, a little over a year ago I paid £1000 for a new Samsung TV from Co-op electrical.

It has recently developed a small but annoying fault (manifests as an interference-like pattern).

Contacting Co-op they say Samsung deal with all problems, fair enough. I have phoned Samsung twice and talked to an operator who has told me "someone will contact you soon"......it has been 8 weeks since the first call and no one has contacted me.

The Samsung website seems to have no RMA section that I can find and I am still expecting to have to fight due to being over 12 months and having to invoke my UK rights of something being fit for purpose (broken after 12 months for a £1000 TV is clearly NOT fit for purpose).

So, has anyone been through something similar and able to offer any advise on getting this ball rolling please?

Despite what the co-op told your your contract is with them, not Samsung.
