Harold And Maude (1971) Blu-Ray Reg 'A'

My copy arrived today and despite good online reviews I have found the picture quality to be very grainy in about 50% of the scenes of this Criterion release (even bright blue skies).

Extras are fine with an audio interviews with production pictures from the film plus a new interview with Cat Stephens.

Original audio and stereo mix are both very good for a film of this era.

The Transfer is true to the source, What would have been upsetting is if they (Criterion) had scrubbed all the grain and detail away with the dreaded but much used (By other companies) DNR!!

Looks great to me, A true Cinematic snapshot of it's era
