I am making some changes on my Harmony Touch after a long time. Just changed the sound bar and wanted to update the change of equipment. But when I plus the remote, it is not getting synced. The remote recognizes that it is connected to computer (you can see my harmony.com) on its screen. But it does not sync. I tried it once with new Macbook. But then I also tried on Windows Laptop still no luck.
Any idea what can be the reason?
