    Had a Pronto for a short while but didn't get on with it.

    Got a Harmony 655 and haven't looked back - easy to configure and the hard buttons are so easy to use, even my visiting parents could work it without being shown.

    Anyhow, the reson for this post is to say how impressed I was a) when I first got the remote and had some issues with the IR command repeat with Sky+ and b) with an issue with a broken battery cover.

    With the setup problems, a really helpful tech support guy fixed the problem withing a couple of minutes.

    The GF broke the batter cover last week :rolleyes:. I emailed tech support outlining the problem and within a couple of days had confirmation from them that they were sending a replacement battery cover free of charge. :smashin:

    Full marks.

    i also think very highly of their customer service! helpmed me no end when setting up my remote and sent me a new charging base for my Harmony 885
