Harmony 688 problem

Hi all

I have my harmoney set up to control my tv, pj, dvd, sky and amplifier.

I have set it up to turn on my tv and sky box at the same time but when I press off, my sky box doesn't turn off and if I press help that turns on my pj which is very annoying.

Also I have set it to turn on my pj, sky box and amp but again my sky doesnt go off when I was press off, in addition to this it also will not go to the correct input on my pj which I have set up.

Any suggestions what i'm doing wrong.

I have my 688 to turn on Sky and TV when I select "Watch TV", with all other devices off, and it works.
Does it work properly when selecting "Watch TV" ?
