Harmony 555 Remote Set-Up

Hi,

Before I buy this remote from Amazon I have a question:

I don't have the internet at home but I can get access to Broadband round my sister's. Can I use her computer to configure the remote and take it home to use or do I physically need to be with the devices during set-up?

yep you can set it up anywhere - you will need the make and model of your AV equipment of course to tell the remote what its controlling but I set mine up at work and took it home and it worked fine. After a day or so you can then adjust anythings that you missed or dont like.

The setup will ask you to test the settings and confirm that they work. You'll have to tell it they do and hope that's true.
