For some unknown reason my nice new 525 remote that I brought yesterday has just seized up on me. I left it on the settee this morning and it's been sitting there for about four hours. I just come back in and it's seized up.
I have done a factory reset by downloading the firmware as described in the FAQ's on the logitech site and before I send it back with a rather curt email to logitech support does anyone on here know if this is a common fault with this remote and how I go about unfreezing the thing. I have tried the usual remove the batteries etc.
