A very Happy Birthday to my good friend and top bloke Matt - 36 years old today!

When you meet people through work you usually don't make such good friends, nothing can be further from the truth with Matt and I. A nicer bloke you couldn't wish to meet and a great wit and sense of humour ...... I'm sure a lot of you have seen great examples of this on the forum over the years.

I was given the great honour of being Matt's son's (Noah) godfather last year ... and with great power comes great responsibility .... already having to explain to him the benefits of HD over SD broadcasts .....

To celebrate, we both have the day off work today ... so a few beers in Manchester, some relaxing entertainment and then were off to see Chris Rock at the Manchester Apollo what a great day ahead!

Aw Woody mate... what a fantastic day you've got planned... particularly culminating in an audience with Chris Rock! ... Was watching one of his shows on SKY at the weekend and laughed my nuts off... his insight into human behaviour, (particularly sexual behaviour) is hilarious.
As great buddy and Godfather to young Noah, I feel it is incumbent on Abbeygoo to fund all of today's festivities and give you a day to remember...
