Hanspree remote control problem

Hello,

My first post on here and I'm hoping someone can help.

I have bought a second-hand Hanspree TV (model GT02 32E1)

Everything seems fine except that when I access the audio menu, via the remote, I can't scroll down to highlight the treble and bass controls. It just jumps from "volume" to "balance", which I am able to adjust normally.

I have no problem adjusting picture setting, which just scroll down as usual.

Help
