Hi all, I can't go into too many details as I have an ongoing discussion with a well known online TV retailer and Trading Standards, however, I thought I should let all owners of HannsG TV's to check their warranty. I bought mine in Janurary, advertised with 3 year's warranty. The warranty card that came with it states HannsG offer a 3 year on-site exchange warranty. The TV broke in February. I rang RepairTech who handle the warranty for HannsG in the UK to arrange a fix. After a discussion, they revealed that they will only honour a 2 year collect and return warranty. At this point, I got in touch with Trading Standards, and that is where I will leave it for the moment. However, I advise all owners of HannsG TV's to check their warranty card, and make sure RepairTech will honour the full term of the warranty. I will post back when my matter is fully resolved.
