When I bought my Radeon 9800XT graphics card the HL2 coupon was missing from the box. I e-mailed the supplier and they said to contact Connect3D and they would sort it out. So I mailed them but didn't get a reply. On Sunday I sent a snotty e-mail to them threatening to return the card and get my money back. On Monday I got a message saying that they could send a coupon if I could send proof of purchase, so I sent a copy of the order confirmation e-mail that I got from the supplier. That was at 4.00pm yesterday afternoon. The coupon arrived this morning at 8.00am!!! Now that's what I call service.
