Out of curiousity where did you get it from? I'm eyeing them up myself but theres no way I am paying the £3300 that Sony shops want or £3600 that John Lewis want (JL refused to pricematch AJ Electronics at £2600 because its a "warehouse"????)

How long did you have the Panny before you changed it, and what did you say the reason was?
I am having the same thoughts as you but am having difficulty exchaging.

I went to JL Watford and they did a price match at Hi-spek in St Albans. They have a web site www.hispek.com. I got it for £2750

I had the panny for 25 days and it developed a fault, loose wire. So I took it back to the shop and said under the goods and sevices act 2002 I would like a full refund as the good were faulty when I bought the plasma

 Interesting, £2800 was my top price at JL and only because of the warranty, I may go visit JL Cribbs Causeway armed with this information, thanks.

We went, we talked, they said yes :) , we bought  , Delivery on Wednesday. I'm home now and I've just got to find a wall bracket for it.

Thanks for the price compare from Hi Spek, they phoned them up and came back with an agreement in less than 10 minutes.
