I'm quite impressed, runs XBMC well, occasionally buffering for 1080p content (over ethernet). I have ditched my Popcorn Hour A110 for it. Considering another one for the bedroom.

I have a Gen 1 ATV Hacked at present and I love it, I want a new one for the lounge that can play HD quality stuff.

I am looking at Hacked ATV2 , Xtreamer Ultra or Boxee Box

I also have the ATV1 with all the latest mods on it, inc. XBMC. It really is good, though the HD quality of some of the films does buffer a bit and have to drop down to DVD quality..(Have just over 4000kbs connection speed) but for ease of use, it really is great. Is this normal or our there settings I can change to stop the buffering?!

Anyone know if the ATV2 is better in handling HD stuff? I know it has no proper hard drive as such and may have to consider upgrading my current drive from 160gb to say 1tb...any recommendations?

I have had ATV1, Xtreamer and am on the Boxee box now, the boxee is the best one I have ever had. (its like there are completely free box sets of loads of seasons just there all collected online and put in one place to stream on the boxee) I am considering a hacked ATV2 for the bedroom should it run boxee ok with the browser.
