    Good evening everyone.

I've had this TV since November and it's been fine up until last week.
I get back from a 2 week holiday to find that my TV has started to act up, constantly turning off.
I turn on my Ps4 and it the TV turns off as soon as I started a game and constantly continues to do so after I turn it back on.
I get about 10-20 minutes watching TV (via aerial) before it turns off.
I get around an hour Netflix chill time before it turns off.
I've reset the TV to factory defaults. I've unplugged all cables from the TV and socket for an hour. CEC is off. I've tried updating the TV but it says it's on the latest firmware. (I can't find out how to do it via USB for the life of me. Can't find the firmware update for my TV anywhere.)

If anyone has encountered this problem or has a solution to it, please let me know, it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks for your time.

No power probs with mine. What firmware are you on, and have you contacted Hisense?

The OP needs to contact the retailer he bought it from as they're liable not Hisense.

I contacted Hisense and they sent me out a USB to update the firmware. Needless to say that didn't work, the TV didn't even update.
Apparently it's a powerboard problem or some such thing so an engineer will have to come out and sort it out.

My 55h6d is the same. Just randomly started turning off. No rhyme or reason.
