Decided to connect my PC running W10 with an RTX 3080 Ti to my H43A6200U TV.
Interestingly, I can only enable HDR from Windows 10 when running at 1080p settings.
If I increase the resolution to something higher, then I lose the HDR option. The HDR toggle is still there in Windows and I can flip it, but it reverts back to Off.

However, I have found that this might be because the HDMI settings on the TV are set to "Standard" format and not "Enhanced". The TV suggests this might be what's required to get higher 4:4:4 / 10-bit / higher refresh rates at 4k resolutions.

But, as soon as I switch to this "Enhanced" mode, I lose the output. The TV inputs still shows HDMI as a valid input, but when I'm on it, TV reports signal lost.

I have tried several cables including ones which support 8k, so I don't think it's a cable issue.

Arguably, I could just stick to HDR at 1080p and not bother with 4k, but it seems a shame. Or I can switch to 4k but not get the HDR which isn't that amazing on this panel from what I've read.

Any ideas?
